1 Discovery

4 Modelling & Reporting
- Build modular corporate model (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet) with scenario planning
- Design management reporting packs with key KPIs
- Revenue per job, margin, staff costs, AR/AP aging, DSO, working capital
- Train internal team on model usage and reporting
5 Pricing & Profitability
- Analyse current contracts and segment-specific pricing
- Benchmark against industry and comparable labour hire firms
- Develop segment-specific pricing models with sensitivity analysis
- Conduct client/job profitability analysis to identify margin improvement areas
6 Recommendations & Handover
- Prioritised list of quick wins, improvements, and future-state vision
- Provide templates (policies, reporting packs, pricing tools)
- Practical handover session with CEO and team
- Present summary findings to external advisors if required
