  • Analyse current contracts and segment-specific pricing

  • Develop segment-specific pricing models with sensitivity analysis
  • Conduct client/job profitability analysis to identify margin improvement areas
6 Recommendations & Handover
  • Prioritised list of quick wins, improvements, and future-state vision
